As an active client our Pet Portal service provides secure online access to your pet’s medical history and also provides the following:

Purchase products and medications online

Print proof of vaccinations

Order prescription refills

Request appointments

Setup email reminders to help you remember to give your pet their medicine

Cook four course meals and have them ready when you get home from work (ok My Pet doesn’t do this, but it would be nice!)

If you are a client of either our Ballantyne or South End locations, please contact that hospital directly so they can manually add you to the database. You will then be able to shop, order and ship products to your home.
